Weakley County General Sessions Case Dispositions June 24 – June 28

On June 24, 2024, the following dispositions were recorded:

Joe William Parker had multiple charges with different outcomes. His case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1011 was dismissed for both the expired registration under TCA 55-4-104 and the motor vehicle light law violation under TCA 55-9-402. However, he was found guilty as charged for the financial responsibility law under TCA 55-12-139 and the seat belt violation for individuals 18 and older under TCA 55-9-603.

Javon J. Green, with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1675, was found guilty as charged for simple possession/casual exchange under TCA 39-17-418. Mark Anthony Bauer, case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1702, was found guilty as charged for speeding 9 or fewer miles over the limit under TCA 55-8-152. Joseph Dale Porter, case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1720, was found guilty as charged for speeding under TCA 55-8-152. Shaynah Bathiah Whitmore, with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1741, was found guilty as charged for speeding 9 or fewer miles over the limit under TCA 55-8-152. Roy Gene Lambert, case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1742, was found guilty as charged for speeding under TCA 55-8-152. Timothy Cavender, with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1812, was found guilty as charged for the seat belt violation for individuals 18 and older under TCA 55-9-603.

On June 26, 2024, the following dispositions were recorded:

Julian Joseph Prichard had multiple charges dismissed. His case number 92GS1-2008-CR-2420 for public intoxication under TCA 39-17-310, case number 92GS1-2009-PV-6871 for probation violation under PV-00-000, and case number 92GS1-2010-CR-1209 for failure to appear (misdemeanor) under TCA 39-16-609 (D) were all dismissed. Aubree Mae Thurman had charges for underage driving while impaired (18-20) under TCA 55-10-415 dismissed with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-51. Anthony Jordan Paschall had charges for failure to appear under TCA 39-16-609 dismissed with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-693. Tyler Terrell Read had charges for reckless endangerment with a vehicle (misdemeanor) under TCA 39-13-103 dismissed but was found guilty as charged for evading arrest under TCA 39-16-603. Damien Thomas Martin had charges for theft of merchandise (shoplifting) under TCA 39-14-146 dismissed with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-805. Taja Lamont Allen was found guilty as charged for resisting stop, arrest, search (no weapon) under TCA 39-16-602 and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia (uses and activities) under TCA 39-17-425. Anthony Jordan Paschall was bound over on charges of auto/boat/airplane/motor vehicle burglary under TCA 39-13-1002, theft of property valued at $10,000-$60,000 under TCA 39-14-103, and theft of property valued at $2,500 to less than $10,000 under TCA 39-14-103. His case number is 92GS1-2024-CR-865. He was also bound over for charges of evading arrest under TCA 39-16-603, reckless driving under TCA 55-10-205, driving while license revoked under TCA 55-50-504, and seat belt violation for individuals 18 and older under TCA 55-9-603. Dimitri Markel Nance pleaded guilty to lesser charges for aggravated assault under TCA 39-13-102 and domestic assault under TCA 39-13-111 with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1132. Barry Bannister Walker had charges for driving while license revoked under TCA 55-50-504 dismissed but pleaded guilty to lesser charges for schedule II drugs (manufacturing, delivering, selling, or possessing) under TCA 39-17-417 (C) and simple possession/casual exchange under TCA 39-17-418 with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1428. He was also found guilty as charged for simple possession/casual exchange under TCA 39-17-418, and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia (uses and activities) under TCA 39-17-425.

Taja Lamont Allen was found guilty as charged for failure to appear under TCA 39-16-609 with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1445. Mason Garrett Reed was found guilty as charged for DUI (first offense) under TCA 55-10-401 and reckless driving under TCA 55-10-205 with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1453. Madison Mingle was found guilty as charged for financial responsibility law under TCA 55-12-139, driving an unregistered vehicle on the highway under TCA 55-3-102, and driving without a license under TCA 55-50-301 with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1460.

April Dawn Shell was found guilty as charged for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia (uses and activities) under TCA 39-17-425 with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1708. Christopher J. Grieco had charges for aggravated assault under TCA 39-13-102 dismissed with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1727. Tyrice Carlos Lee pleaded guilty to lesser charges for reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon involved under TCA 39-13-103 and unlawful possession of a weapon under TCA 39-17-1307 (a)(2)(C) with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1728.

Gyderius Jayvon Sammuel Easley was found guilty as charged for simple possession/casual exchange under TCA 39-17-418 with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1729. Noah Raul Benjamin had charges for violation of an order of protection/restraining order under TCA 39-13-113 dismissed with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1832.
