WCRNC Employee Spotlight: MDS Coordinator

Susie Sadler

Licensed Practical Nurse Susie Sadler serves as the MDS Coordinator for Weakley County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dresden. She has been with the center for 22 years.

When asked what her favorite thing is as a team member of Weakley County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Sadler said, “WCRNC is like a second family to me. The best part of my job is seeing people admitted and witnessing the progress they make in regaining their strength and abilities so they can achieve independence again. To be a small part of that is such a blessing.”
