Wayne Mowery Marlar 1937 - 2021

Wayne Mowery Marlar, 83, of Dresden, passed away at his home in Dresden. Funeral services were held on September 12, 2021, in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in Sunset Cemetery. Visitation was September 12, 2021, at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Bonnie Marlar; two daughters, Sheila (Jeff) Conn, Kim (Freddie) Hugueley; six grandchildren, Kayla (Chris) Hill, Brandon (Samantha) Elliot, Juliana Conn, Derek Conn, Shelby Hugueley, Evan Hugueley; and six great-grandchildren, Payton Hill, Carter Hill, Cason Elliot, Hadley Conn, Hayden Conn and Austin Thompson. Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Monroe; his mother, Mary Lee; and his sister, Geraldine Marlar. He was followed in death by his brother, Mr. Charles Marlar on September 9, 2021.
