Ruth E. Elder, 70, of Dresden, died Tuesday, January 25, 2022. There will be a memorial service at a later date. She will be buried at Sunset Cemetery, Dresden. She was born October 6, 1951, to the late Thomas Parnell Olds and Evelyn Hatcher Olds.
