Regional 4-H Project Winners

REGIONAL 4-H PROJECT SHOWCASE DEMONSTRATION WINNERS - On Saturday, April 23, the Western Region hosted its annual 4-H Project Showcase contest. Only competitors who compete in County and are invited to Regional are able to compete. There are two competitions: Demonstrations for the 4th and 5th graders, and Interactive Exhibit for the 6th-8th graders. That day, Weakley County was represented in the Demonstrations category by Sophie Meek, Piper Croom, Pierson Virgin, Ivy Snider, Ethan Carden, and Della Moubray. Local 4-Hers brought home awards. They include (L to R) 2nd place Sophie Meek, 3rd place Piper Croom, 3rd place Pierson Virgin, 1st place Ivy Snider, 2nd place Ethan Carden, and Della Moubray was awarded participation.

That day, Weakley County was represented in the Interactive Exhibit category by Ainsley Chandler, Parker Julian, and Paul Mendenhall. Local 4-Hers brought home awards. They include (L to R) 3rd place Ainsley Chandler, 2nd place Parker Julian, and 1st place Paul Mendenhall. Mendenhall also won first in his cluster group.
