Larry Dale Cook 1947 - 2022

Funeral Services for Larry Cook, 74, of Camden, Tennessee, were held Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 4 p.m. at Plunk Funeral Home. Burial followed in Morris Chapel Cemetery. Visitation was Thursday from 12-4 p.m. Mr. Cook died May 2, 2022, at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital. He was born October 7, 1947, in Benton County, Tennessee, to the late James “Jimmy” Cook and Vera Louise Hardin Cook.

He was Methodist by faith.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years: Lucille Harrison Cook of Camden; two sons: David (Nicole) Walters of Camden and Ronnie L. Cook of Camden; three grandchildren: Hunter Walters, Alex Walters and Christopher Cook; special niece: Pennie (Wayne) Gray of Burns, and beloved dogs: Maxx, Lilly and Sophie.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by sons: Donnie Cook and Bradley Cook; brothers: Bradley Cook and Elton Cook; and sister Nancy Buchanan.
