Kenneth “Kenny” Blanton 1958 - 2022

Kenneth (Kenny) Blanton, age 64, of Somerset, Kentucky, previously of Martin, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022. He was born January 31, 1958, to Dorothy Oliver Blanton and the late Gene Blanton. He was preceded in death by his father and sister-in-law, Barbara Blanton. He leaves behind his significant other of 18 years, Doris Donati; his mother Dorothy Blanton; his daughter, Desiree (Brian) Rothmund; two brothers, Raymond and John David (Serena) Blanton and a sister, Aletha (Terry) Richie. He also leaves behind stepchildren, Geno and Dario Donati, Sonya (Sam) Benavides and Savannah (Shannon) Pritt; 12 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service held on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Stanley Chapel United Methodist Church in Union City, Tennessee, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
