James R. Freeman 1948-2024
Mr. James Rainey Freeman age 75 of Martin died Thursday, June 6, 2024, at AHC Nursing and Rehab Center in Union City, Tennessee.
Funeral service will be Saturday, June 15, 2024, 12:00 Noon at Murphy Funeral Home with Bro. Thomas Todd officiating. Visitation will be at Murphy Funeral Home Saturday morning beginning at 10:00 until the hour of the service.
Mr. Freeman retired from Martin Box Manufacturing Company and he was a veteran, U.S. Army.
He is survived by his sisters, Carol Jordan of Martin, Cheryl (Joe) Henry of Grand Rapids, MI; his brothers, Donald Freeman of Martin, Jerry Freeman of Tiptonville, TN and Lesley (Kim) Freeman, Jr. of Clarksville, TN; his niece and nephews, Josh (Alexias) of Clarksville, TN, Lucindia (Darrin) Yon of North Carolina, Justin Jordan of Martin, Tony Freeman of Nashville and Michael Freeman of Murfreesboro, TN.
Mr. Freeman was preceded in death by his parents, Lesley Freeman, Sr. and Iris Smith Freeman; his sister, Linda Freeman; his brother, Melvin Jerry Freeman.
