Frances Marie Owens, 85, of Martin, died Monday, April 4, 2022, at her home. Funeral services were Saturday, April 9, at White & Mahon Funeral Home. Burial followed in Terrace Hill Cemetery. She was born January 18, 1937, to late Bennie and Helen Haney Fulcher.
