NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated September 18, 2008, and recorded on September 22, 2008 in the Register's Office of Weakley County, Tennessee, in Record Book 634, Page 30 ("Trust Deed"), Gene K. Naylor conveyed to Investors Title Insurance Company, Trustee, the real estate therein described, to secure the payment of certain indebtedness therein described; and
WHEREAS, a modification of Deed of Trust dated June 23, 2020, in Trust Book 734, Page 422 in the Register’s Office of Weakley County, Tennessee, Gene K. Naylor conveyed to Investors Title Company, a Tennessee Corporation, Trustee, certain real estate therein described, to secure the payment of certain indebtedness therein described; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed, and FirstBank, the lawful holder of the indebtedness, has declared the entire balance due and payable; and
WHEREAS, Adam C. Crider was appointed Successor Trustee by instrument appearing of record in Record Book T798, Page 230 in the Register's Office of Weakley County, Tennessee.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that on May 8, at 10:00 a.m., at the main door of the Courthouse in Dresden, Weakley County, Tennessee, I will sell to the last, highest and best bidder for cash and in bar of appraisement, homestead, exemption, and curtesy and dower rights, equity of redemption, statutory right of redemption, all of which were expressly waived in the Trust Deed, the following real estate, lying and being in Weakley County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows:
The property described on Deed of Trust of record in Record Book 634, page 30, in the Register's Office of Weakley County, Tennessee.
No opinion is rendered by the Successor Trustee as to the accuracy of the legal description.
The street address of the property is 3622 Ralston Road, Martin, TN 38237 and the property is shown as Map 037 Parcel 21.04 in the Weakley County Tax Assessor's Office.
Said property will be sold by me as Successor Trustee only and subject to any unpaid taxes and assessments and all valid restrictions, covenants or easements, if any, of record on said property, and subject to any and all other liens having priority over the Trust Deed. The Successor Trustee reserves the right to make oral announcements at the time of the public sale which shall apply to the terms of the sale. The Successor Trustee may postpone any sale hereunder to another time or place by so announcing to all present at the time and place of the sale scheduled herein, without the necessity of any further notice whatsoever. The Successor Trustee reserves the right to sell the tracts together or in separate parcels and in such manner or order deemed appropriate by the Successor Trustee.

Estate of WANDA VOWELL ROGERS
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of April, 2026, LETTERS TESTAMENTARY in respect of the estate of WANDA VOWELL ROGERS, who died March 22, 2026 were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court for Weakley County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and nonresident, having claims matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the clerk of the above-named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1.) (a.) Four months from the date of the first publication of this notice if the creditor
received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty days before the date
that is four months from the date of the first publication; or
(b.) Sixty days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to
creditors if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty days prior to
the date that is four months from the date of first publication as described in
(1)(a); or
(2) Twelve months from the decedent’s date of death.
