Dresden Class of 61 Celebrates 63rd Reunion

The Dresden Class of 1961 celebrated their 63rd reunion on August 31, 2024 at Kountry Korner Restaurant in Dresden. Everyone enjoyed the food and fellowship and reminiscing about the past.

A few classmates were unable to attend due to illness or family plans. Unfortunately, Tommy Coleman passed away one week before the reunion.

Dr. Ken Chandler's mother, Dorothy Spikes was honored as the only surviving mother of the class. She lives in Nashville and Ken resides in Decatur, Alabama. He brought his Mom for the occasion.

A good time was had by all who attended and we plan to get together every year in the future.

Our class motto was "God gave us hills and the strength to climb them"
