Briar Moss Voted Favorite Baby of the Year

The fans have spoken and cast their votes, selecting the winner of the fan-favorite Baby of the Year friendly contest sponsored by the Dresden Enterprise.

This year’s winner is Briar Joe Moss of South Fulton who received 349 votes through the Enterprise’s Facebook page.

Briar is the son of Maegan Garrett and Landon Moss. He was born April 20, 2021, weighing 8 pounds and 4 ounces and was 20 inches long.

In the Wednesday, January 26, 2022, edition of the Dresden Enterprise babies born in 2021 submitted by readers were printed in the paper. All of the photos received were published in a photo album where fans could like or add a heart for their favorite baby for a chance to win a gift basket. With voting ending at 11:59 p.m. Sunday, January 30.

Briar and his family will receive a gift basket full of items donated by local businesses, which features a one-year subscription to the Dresden Enterprise and goods donated from Urban Designs, Higher Ground, The Court Square Deli, Annie Kay’s Photography, Gleason Flower Market & Gifts, and Claire Schuster Interiors.

The Dresden Enterprise would like to thank all of the businesses that donated to the gift basket and to all of the families who participated in this year's Babies of 2021. The team also thanks all of the fans who cast their ballots on social media for their favorite baby. Babies born in 2022 will be spotlighted at no charge in a January 2023 edition of The Enterprise.
