SEDALIA, Kentucky — Mr. Bobby Gene Sadler, 88, of Sedalia, Kentucky died Saturday April 18, 2020 at his residence.
He was a retired farmer and a former employee of Celotex in Paris, Tenn. Mr. Sadler formerly attended the Bell City Baptist Church and was an Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Gladys Foy Sadler; two sons, Bobby E. Sadler of Puryear, Tenn. and Barry G. Sadler of Bell City, Kentucky; one brother, Presley (Sarah) Sadler of Sedalia, Kentucky; three sisters, Brenda (William) Wilkerson of Memphis, Linda Staggs of Portland, Oregon, and Mary Beth Groth of Bartlett, Illinois; two grandchild and one great-grandchild also survives.
Mr. Sadler was preceded in death by for brothers, Harry Wiley, Edgar Sadler, Richard Sadler, and Billy Sadler; three sisters, Bonnie Coble, Theresa Elliott, and Peggy Davis; parents were, Edgar Lee and Essie Mae Sadler.
A private family graveside service is at the Old Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Palmersville, Tenn.. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements. +
