MARTIN — Betty Jean Beasley Hunt, 80, of Martin, died on May 10. She leaves behind two children, Richard Hunt and Paula Garner Skaggs (Bryan) both of Martin. She leaves five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hillman and Beatrice Hedge Beasley of Gleason, three siblings, Jessie Faye Beasley Mayfield, Lyndell Beasley and Laudell Beasley, her husband, Paul Hunt and a son, Kenneth Hunt.
A memorial service and celebration of life is Saturday, May 16, 11 a.m. at Broadway Baptist Church, 192 Haygood Road, Martin, Tennessee. (Murphy Funeral Home)
