Martin Police Investigate Armed Robbery

On Sunday, March 5th, 2023 at approximately 9:36 p.m. Martin Police Department officers responded to Quick Stop (former Suiters Service) at 509 N. Lindell St. in reference to an armed robbery.

According to Martin Police Chief Don Teal, victims and witnesses stated that two male subjects wearing all black and masks entered the business brandishing firearms.

Both suspects walked behind the counter and shoved the victims to the floor, then stole an undetermined amount of cash from the registers and several cartons of cigarettes, before leaving through the front door.

A cash reward of $500 will be given to anyone who provides information leading to the identity and arrest of these individuals. Whoever provides the information will remain anonymous and will not have to testify in court.
