Dwayne Webb, Regional Director Day and Employment Services, St. John’s Community Center, made a presentation at the Greenfield Kiwanis Club Meeting the evening of Thursday, February 24. Webb spoke about employment opportunities for those with disabilities. He also showed Kiwanians some new technology that can interpret what a person with a vocal disability is actually saying so that others are able to understand. The group’s next meeting is March 10, at the Greenfield United Methodist Church. Annabelle Lovell, daughter of Rachel and Robert Lovell, will be speaking to the club. She is a Tennessee Stop Tobacco Revolutionize Our Next Generation Ambassador. Part of her responsibilities include making power point presentations about her responsibilities. The public is welcome to attend.
