GREENFIELD (January 27) - Dr. Arnie Hicks, Chiropractor, was the guest speaker for the Kiwanis Club of Greenfield on January 27. He spoke with the members about the possibility of health care all under one roof. That is to say that whatever your health needs might be, you could visit one facility and get it all taken care of at the same location. This is being explored currently, and Weakley County is one of the possible locations for this type of facility.

On Thursday, February 10, at 6 p.m. at the Greenfield Community Center, the guest speaker will be Carol Acree Cavalier, representing WCRP, the Weakley County Reconciliation Program. She will be updating the Kiwanis Club of Greenfield on the progress that has been made concerning the lynching that took place in Greenfield. WCRP is partnering with Discovery Park of America to establish a display to educate others about what actually took place in Greenfield. She will also talk about an upcoming official dedication that will be done in Greenfield in the future. The public is welcome to attend and a light supper will be provided.
