Thankful for Helpers

THANKFUL FOR HELPERS - Santa’s Helpers of Dresden spent last week packing meals for underprivileged families for the Thanksgiving holiday. Meals included meats, vegetables, and breads to give families to prepare for Thanksgiving who may not be able to afford the food otherwise. Lou Ann Powers, Mary Arnold, Regina Henderson, and Vicky Phillips posed with boxes of meals. Volunteers prepared boxes for 29 families this year. Money and food brought to Santa’s Helpers through churches and other members of the community helped to provide this service.[/caption]
