TCAT Students Selected for National Technical Honor Society

Two students were recently inducted into the National Technical Honor Society from TCAT-McKenzie. Ashton Warren of Huntingdon and Chandler Brachmann from Paris were part of the induction. On hand for the announcement were (Front, L to R) Administrative Office Technology Instructor and National Technical Honor Society Advisor Maureen Sledd, TCAT McKenzie President Willie Huffman, HVAC student Chandler Brachmann, AUTO student Ashton Warren and AUTO Instructor Shanna Franklin, (Back, L to R) HVAC Instructor Dustin Billings and past AUTO Instructor Dan Townsend.

McKENZIE (April 14) - TCAT-McKenzie inducted two students into the National Technical Honor Society on April 14, 2021. The ceremony was conducted by Maureen Sledd, Administrative Office Technology Instructor and National Technical Honor Society Advisor.

To qualify, the student must be entering at least their second trimester, must maintain an "A" average and must not have missed more than 22 hours in their previous trimester. The student must also promote the ideals of honesty, service, leadership, and skill development among the future workforce. The student is nominated by his/her instructor for admittance into the NTHS.

Inductees for the Spring trimester are Automotive Technology (AUTO) student Ashton Warren from Huntingdon and Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration (HVAC/R) student Chandler Brachmann from Paris.

TCAT-McKenzie representatives congratulated these students for their outstanding achievement.
