Carl Bell 1931 - 2021

Mr. Carl F. Bell, age 89, of Martin, formally of Utica, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 31, at Van Ayer Nursing and Rehab Center in Martin.

Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Utica, Ohio.

Mr. Bell is survived by his wife, Betty Ray Bell.

Mr. Bell was a veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie Bell and Gladys Price Bell.
