Carroll E. Slack 1941-2020

MARTIN - Dr. Carroll E. Slack, age 78, died Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Baptist Hospital in Huntingdon. Visitation with the family was held Tuesday, September 1, at Murphy Funeral Home.

He was born September 10, 1941.

Dr. Slack is survived by his wife, Linda Snow Slack, of Martin; his daughter, Stephanie Slack-Allen, of Buchanan, TN; his son, Paul (Jennifer) Slack of Martin; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; ; his sister, Sandra K. Prewitt of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Theron Paul Slack and Ora Pease Slack; one brother, Bobby Slack.
