The victim told officers, she placed three Joe Biden for President campaign signs on three of the corners at the intersection of Skyhawk Parkway and University Street at approximately 3 p.m.
She then placed a sign at the intersection of University Street and Courtright Road. When she drove back past the areas approximately 30 minutes later, the signs, which are valued at $20, were missing.
On July 29, Investigator Sarah Rogers conducted an interview with a 17-year-old juvenile suspect at the Martin Police Department while in the company of his parent.
