THOMAS JOHNSON 1936 — 2020

DRESDEN — Thomas “Tom Sidney” Johnson was born November 2, 1936 to the late Weldon and Carrie Seay Johnson. Tom Sidney died on August 5, at his home in Dresden, Tenn. His memorial was Saturday, August 8, in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Parham Cemetery in Martin.

Tom Sidney was preceded in death by his father and mother, two brothers, Lonnie and Sam Johnson and a son, Thomas Johnson, Jr.

He leaves behind, wife, Ethel Johnson, children, Joe David Johnson of Martin, Tenn., John Johnson of Paducah, Kentucky, Carrie (Jackie) Sowell of Milan, Tenn., Shirlene Johnson of Union City, Tenn., Joyce McKinley of Paducah, Kentucky, Mae Tansil of Martin, Tenn., Betty Mora of Martin, Tenn., Linda (Duke) Sexton of Martin, Tenn., Theresa Warford of Martin, Tenn., 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
