DOROTHY ALENE DOWELL 1930 — 2020

DRESDEN — Dorothy Alene Dowell, 89, of Dresden died July 30 at Weakley County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dresden. Ms. Dorothy’s body was transported to Crystal Lake, Ill. to be interred next to her husband, Mr. Gene Dowell, who preceded her in death. Dorothy Alene (Graves) Dowell was born August 5, 1930 in Cleveland, Tenn.. to the late William H. Graves and Lena (Tallent) Graves. She is survived by her son, Steve Renslow of Crystal Lake, Ill., her daughter, Jean Heisler of Dresden, 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her sons, Douglas, Ronald, and Gilbert Renslow.
