David Hawks Withdraws from Political Campaign

David Hawks released the following information Tuesday.

“Due to current personal and family health concerns, I have decided to withdraw my name as a candidate in the August Primary for the Tennessee House of Representatives District 76 seat. I am requesting that no one vote for me, but to consider another candidate. This is not a decision made lightly, but with considerable thought and prayer.

“I wish to give a huge ‘thank you’ to all my friends and supporters. I will return in a timely manner any monies donated thus far.

“I wish the remaining candidates good luck and ask that they run a clean campaign with honesty and integrity.”
