Martin City Parks are Closed

MARTIN (March 29) — Martin Mayor Randy Brundige officially closed all Martin City Parks effective Sunday, March 29 in an effort to better comply with recommendations of the Center for Disease Control.

The Brian Brown Memorial Greenway remains open as long it does not become overcrowded and people are being responsible practicing social distancing.

Cities and counties are closing public spaces where people gather to help slow the pandemic created by COVID-19, a coronavirus. Weakley County has one verified case of the virus.
