Racking and Walking Horse Classic Each Spring West Tennessee Agricultural Pavilion Martin, Tennessee The annual Martin Racking and Walking Horse Classic is held at the West Tennessee Agriculture Pavilion on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Martin.
